Great cabin… loved the location, the fireplace & decor, master bedroom, back porch and kitchen. I recommend re-doing the shower so that it doesn’t spray water everywhere.
Very nice house.
Perfect balance of rustic charm with clean modern comforts. Owners put a lot of care into it. Might look small, but every inch of space is well utilized, and comfortable. It’s in a shaded wooded area, but plenty of windows that let beautiful filtered light thru. Cool in summer, but has great modern heating system. Kids rooms adorable. High ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. Rustic floorboards add so much charm and uniqueness. Our fav discovery after years of rentals in Govt Camp, definitely booking again and in advance to insure our return
This place is so simple and yet very comfortable. Came appointed with all the things you need for a nice stay at the mountain.
walk-able to most of the Government Camp restaurants
The cabin looks small from the outside but is super comfy inside. The fireplace really topped the vibe. This location was perfect right next to the loop. Quiet location. Government Camp General store has wood for the fireplace so we didn’t bring any with us. We will likely stay again.
