The house its self is beautiful with amazing views from the huge windows in the living room but, theres lots of room for improvement. When we arrived there was lots of spiderwebs and lots of dust. We loaded the fridge up as one would for a 3 day stay. It took almost 12 hours for the fridge to cool our groceries and even then they weren't cold enough. Everything is falling apart curtains are missing a majority of the blinds windows brackets to crank the windows closed were broken. The jacuzzi was dirty and had lots of debris inside from prior stay I'm assuming. The deck near the jacuzzi is rotting and at one point someone fell through since there is no adequate illumination. All around the house is beautifully and the area and scenery is amazing but doesn't seem like the house has upkeep and everything is falling apart. The only reason i am rating it a extra star is because of the maintenance tech rhonda she was so nice and helped us by coming out twice with bringing in a extra fridge and coming back out to fix the jacuzzi and bring a extra gas tank for the grill. Overall not super happy with this rental having rented with Vacasa before it was not what we expected.
The house wasn’t cleaned very well. Hot tub wasn’t that hot. And the deck and side patio were completely covered in yard debris. Could’ve used a leaf blower so it didn’t look so messy. Was just overall disappointing.
The surrounding property was beautiful and fun to explore with kids. House was spacious, but falling apart in different areas. Beds and pillows are awful. We still very much enjoyed our stay!
We loved having a hot tub! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the Vacasa team was very responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect for us to hike and enjoy the surrounding towns. We had everything we needed!
This is our second visit to this house. We really like the how big the house is, the trees that surround the property and the windows to see the trees and the ridge out back. Cleanliness got knocked down a bit because we found dirty sox in one of the rooms and a poop bag and fake rose pedals in one of the other rooms. Lots of spiders and spider webs throughout the whole house. The hot tub was not very inviting because of all the things floating in the water and the water was not clean. The first night there was an electrical short and we lost power upstairs. Thankfully we still had wifi as that was the only way I could use my phone so I could call vacasa. Someone came out quickly to fix the problem.
Great facility, quality amenities & appliances, well kept. Great location.
