We stayed during the winter with 2 dogs. The condo had 6 beds plus a little one upstairs and we were 3, so we had a lot of room. The dishwasher was a little buggy but we got it running. We mostly washed the dishes by hand. We will book here again!
We had a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids! The layout was perfect with a lot of different bed options. We had plenty of fans, bedding and towels. We took out boat to nearby lakes and rode bikes all over town. (Great location) this was my first time using vacasa and I was so impressed with their responsiveness. Any questions we had were answered within minutes by text.
We only had running water for 1 night of our 4 night stay. Vacasa only refunded 25% of the cost.
I love the appearance but I was very, very, very disappointed. We had water leaks coming down the Wheeler ceiling in the wall. In the bathrooms, the floor were soft.Freezer didn't freeze up That day and a half to2 days, the freeze above the bottles of water. They lied when they said we were gonna get a discount for the issues that I had. I understand that things happen with homes, but I'm disappointed that what we were told didn't happen. I don't like being lied to
Internet wasn’t working which resulted in not able to watch tv, bathroom sink in the downstairs bedroom was leaking, there was a razor on the window sill which tells me the bathroom was poorly cleaned, dead bugs on the floor in the living room.
