Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. All the basics for daily living included. Enjoyed our stay.

Bad communication between VRBO and Vacasa regarding late checkout, which we were offered for an additional fee then reversed without any communication to me. I will say when we first got there I rated cleanliness a 5 however when we returned from dinner my 15 yo daughter discovered dead bugs and really old cobwebs in the smaller downstairs bedroom as the carpet has not been vacuumed in quite a while. Also many webs on the upstairs beam and windows . The house was great just needs a little more attention to detail with proper cleaning and dusting.

This house is perfect with two floors. Very quiet. Very close to beach. Less then a half hour to Newport. The beach is amazing. Extremely clean.

Location is prime. Balcony is fantastic. Beds are comfortable. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. Nice quiet part of town. Great easy access to the beach. Good dining space. Great space to hang out.nice natural lighting. Loved our stay. Would definitely stay again
