Such a cosy and comfortable place to stay! And such a fabulous location on the river and close to town.
My friends and I stayed here for a blissful weekend. We loved the views from the huge windows out into the forest. We hung out by the cozy fireplace and soaked in the hot tub while listening to the wildlife, and really had a wonderful time relaxing. And this was a fantastic house to relax in. It’s lovely!
We had a fantastic stay with our two small kids. It was a wonderful rental and the owners were so thoughtful in the amenities they offered. They did an amazing job making sure that there were tons of activities and things for kids, and that adults could also enjoy themselves as well, with games and books galore! We loved the cabin layout and hot tub, and cooked every day with the well stocked kitchen. The rental is 25 min from Snow Bunny, 15 min from Timberline Lodge and close to restaurants, a Thriftway grocery store, and Govt Camp slopes. Perfect landing spot for those sledding and skiing during the winter! And hiking trails are right behind the cabin for summer fun. We can’t wait to go back, thank you for an incredible stay!
We loved our stay here. The big picture windows made this house light and bright. I enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the creek and watching the storm come in. We enjoyed the hot tub in the forrest. Nicely stocked kitchen for the cooks, they have everything you need and in great shape as well. The beds were comfy, lots of pillow firmness to choose from which I appreciate and cotton sheets along with allergen friendly free and clear laundry soap provided. We enjoyed all the puzzles and games.
Our stay at this cabin was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peace that you can only find deep in the woods. Being just steps away from the rushing river provided the perfect soundtrack for our getaway, and taking daily walks through the trees with my family became the highlight of our trip. The cabin itself strikes that rare balance of being incredibly spacious while remaining warm and cozy. It is exceptionally well-stocked—the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making it feel like a functional home rather than just a rental. If you happen to forget any essentials, the convenience of being just minutes from town is a major plus. The hot tub was a standout feature, especially for stargazing at night. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for a quiet retreat or a comfortable home base close to the slopes. We had a great experience here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid mountain getaway.
Loved the location. Nice trails from the house to the river/creek.
