The location is the only thing good about this place. It costs way too much money for what you get and hearing strangers every word through a paper thin door that separates units is creepy. Bring your own firewood, unloading all your kitchen stuff to a second level without a light on the snowy stairs, garbage has no lids so you have to nightly raccoons visiting, holes in wall and doors, etc. The sauna shouldn’t be listed as an amenity as I believe they have no intention of fixing it.
It is a great cabin with basic needs for a big group. We were assigned the cabin a bit delayed as it was not clean, but when we wanted to leave a little later, the cleaning crew actually were not very happy about it, which didn’t make any sense. Our car had got punctured and we had vacated the cabin. But the Cleaning crew was like you’re still here . The cabin was neat and clean. It had all the amenities that was required for a big group or a family. It was warm. The Wi-Fi worked great. I was just annoyed with the service people, they seemed a bit rude..
Location was great! Needs maintenance.
My family was “wowed” when we walked in to the renovated interior. It is such an upgrade! Wonderful! Beds comfortable & pillows great! I am very picky with beds & pillows as I have a lot of body pain but I was pleasantly surprised. Wi fi a bit slow with multiple people streaming but it is the mountain. They offered wonderful, great quality, full size bottles of liquid hand soap, body wash, shampoo & conditioners in the shower. We will continue to stay here year after year.
When we arrived at the front gate, trash can laying on the floor, garbage everywhere. We thought that was the garbage room. But there was no other way and we had to cleaned it up before letting other people went through the main door. Then we tried to use the sauna. Followed the instructions and waiting for 2 hours, not hot enough, stayed at 70 degrees. I contacted customers service and they said the sent out to local team. I didn’t hear any updates or no one came to check it out. We ended up canceling the whole plan for sauna and got so disappointed! The balcony with BBQ grill was super dark, has light bulbs but not connected to any power. We couldn’t even see how the meat was cooked. There was a big dog without an owner pee and poop at the balcony second floor on the second night. We couldn’t use the BBQ grill anymore after that. Contact me directly if you need more information or photos.
We loved the home and the huge deck. Beds were cozy and there were tons of them !!!
