This beautiful, single-level, family-friendly home is located in a private gated community with sweeping mountain views. Outside, this vacation rental features a private backyard with a sparkling pool and a cascading waterfall pool spa. Prepare a little something special on the gas grill and dine together alfresco under the umbrella. Inside, the open floor plan is fantastic for entertaining and includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Dine together at the casual table—ideal for family game nights—or meet up in the more elegant dining area. The primary suite features a bed, a TV, and an attached full bath, providing the perfect layout for comfort and relaxation. Noise from gatherings during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

-Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
