The Oasis at Terramar

The house was great for our golf trip. The activity amenities were great, ping pong, shuffle board table, putting green and grill. If it wasn’t so expensive to heat the pool, we probably would have done that, but we were away golfing, so it didn’t make sense. Also not sure the video games worked.

Our adult children joined us on a trip to the Phoenix area after Christmas so we could relax, play games and enjoy warmer weather. We found this home to be perfect for all of us to have our private space and then plenty of space to enjoy games, movies and outdoor time. We bought groceries nearby and made use of the well-stocked kitchen to share meals together. Our stay was fun and relaxing and just what we were hoping for.

Nice neighborhood, convenient to grocery stores, parks, local hikes. A few minor items need repair, but did not affect stay. Great space for our multi-gen get together, with plenty to keep us busy.

We gathered at this big beautiful home for a family wedding close by. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for a week filled with building family memories. We had 10 adults and 4 kids with us and we all slept comfortably. I would definitely recommend this home.

Our large family flew in from different states for a wedding, this is a beautiful, clean home. Beds were comfortable and they provided lots of towels. The only complaint would be that when we arrived on Thursday the pool was not clean, they did not come and clean it until Friday afternoon. Also, we did not understand why we had to keep the pool vacuum in the pool while we were using it as it was constantly in our way. We never seen it actually working so we did not understand why it needed to stay.

Our stay at this home was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning surroundings and the meticulously designed outdoor space that truly lives up to its name. The home's interior was beautifully updated, with soaring ceilings and modern amenities to cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect for our group, allowing for both togetherness and privacy when needed. We loved the open-concept living area, which was the ideal spot for lounging and sharing meals. But it was the backyard that stole the show. The beautifully landscaped area, adorned with palm trees, fruit trees, vibrant flowers, and a putting green felt like our own private paradise. For entertainment, the game room kept the fun rolling when we wanted to relax indoors. From shuffle board to board games, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Location-wise, The home is ideally situated. We were just a short drive away from some fantastic restaurants, shopping, and local attractions in the Phoenix area. We really appreciated the convenient access while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful suburb. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. Whether you're looking for a family vacation or a friends' getaway, this home has it all. I recommend it highly!
