Maximum parking is three vehicles: two in the driveway and one on the street.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor's privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity

LOCATION
Hop in the car and hit the shops, restaurants, and theaters in downtown Cathedral City (11-minute drive). Or head the same distance and find yourself among the boutiques, art galleries, and hopping cuisine scene in downtown Palm Springs.
Venture out on the Araby Trail (12-minute drive). Along with great views of the Coachella Valley, you'll hike right past Bob Hope's former house.

Pool excellent.
We stayed for 3 months and it was a good place to relax and enjoy nearby Palm Springs and other cities.
Our vacation was intended to last for six weeks but was shortened by two weeks because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Our home country Canada, issued a travel advisory that all Canadians should return home ASAP. In order to comply with the travel advisory we vacated the rental property two weeks early.
I acknowledge that we did not purchase the optional insurance that may or may not have covered “stay disruption” due to a pandemic. However, I do believe that under the circumstance a adjustment should be in order. According VRBO they are encouraging their rental owners and their agents who have renters that had to cut their vacation short due to COVID-19 some reasonable reimbursement.
So far we have heard nothing.
With that in mind my rating is not going to be as high as it might have been under a different circumstance.

Really nice home, very clean and fully equipped. A few minor issues; The light switch for the outdoor in the back was working. The water was not running clear (in the shower and all sink). The dish washer wasn’t working properly. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
