Was the perfect place for a weekend trip into the area for games and dinner with friends. Quiet residential neighborhood with a short drive of shopping & restaurants. Very clean, well-maintained property.

The house is great for simple uses. Needs a few updates to accommodate anyone using the kitchen space but other then that it comes as advertised.

We found this property by chance. The first house we picked was canceled by the owner the night before we were scheduled to arrive. The kitchen could use some kitchenware, limited silverware, no baking sheets. We did enjoy our stay the beds were comfortable, no stains on the carpet in the primary bedroom.

We had a wonderful stay in Gilbert. We rented this home because it was close to our relatives. We were there for a wedding so it was conveniently situated for all the activities. The house was perfect for 2 couples, perfect size.
