We loved the location and 360° views throughout the house. We enjoyed the pool in February even though it was chilly. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked with cooking items. The whole house was very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed desert sunsets and eating breakfast on the patio. We would definitely stay again!
This house is so much lovelier in person. We kept trying to capture the views - literally 360 degrees throughout the house! But it's really hard to photograph. There are so many lovely places to sit and read, so many dining areas, and so many small luxuries - like a giant laundry room, and a powder room, and more pillows than you need, and plenty of hangers. The location is ideal- inside the house, you feel like you are completely alone, nestled in the lush desert- but you are actually in a lovely, well-planned, upscale neighborhood. We hit the Biosphere, and Catalina State Park, Saguaro, Sabino, 4th Avenue, etc... this place felt very central. We look forward to coming back!
A gorgeous home in a tranquil setting. Every window captures panoramic views of the mountains. Beautifully renovated, this home provides the perfect oasis to gather, relax and recharge.
Well appointed house in a safe convenient neighborhood. good base camp
My husband and I rented Sierra Vista for six weeks, from the beginning of February through the middle of March, and were very sad to leave. I can't say enough good things about the house. It's well set up to accommodate multiple couples and we hosted several sets of visitors while we were there. Everyone loved being there. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was great to be able to eat meals either indoors or at one of the two outdoor tables, depending on the weather. The views of mountains from every window were wonderful. And the multiple living spaces gave everyone room to spread out. The cactuses in the yard are beautiful and there is lots of wildlife around--many different birds, coyotes and even a bobcat that we spotted a few blocks away one afternoon. We appreciated being a 10 minute drive from Sabino Canyon and drove over there often for late afternoon hikes. All in all, we were very happy with our stay.
Everything about this house is perfect with the exception of the septic system and we understand the problems are hard to solve quickly. The concierge and owner were responsive and there is just so much that can be remedied on short notice ...regardless we had a great time! This is a special home, graceful space and very nicely organized. Thanks to Stan and Keirnan
