I really enjoyed the carriage house! Nicely appointment yes and really clean. Parking I. The center aisle was easy and accessible for loading and unloading. Quiet and had what I needed. The beach access is literally a two minute walk. Nice neighbors too!!

Our stay was great. The place was perfect for a couple. Location was great, not far from downtown. Really nice pool for use. Beach was a 5 min walk. Had it pretty much to ourselves the multiple times we walked down. We loved the place, had a great stay and would rent there again. Highly recommend it.

Great Carriage House in terrific community. Short walk to beach. Paved golf cart pathways throughout community. Short distance via car to Port St. Joe with many restaurants and bars. Very friendly locals. Would definitely rent again.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 days during the summer, and we had an amazing time. It’s a very quiet area and a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into downtown. The home was beautiful, clean, and we had everything we needed without any issues. Would love to be back in the future!

The home was lovely, location was great! One glitch that was pretty important - my check in instructions gave me the code for the lock box BUT not the location of it. It was a new listing for VACASA. On hold for 20 min while the VACASA agent tried to find the information somewhere. By that time the owner happened to to be walking around outside and I asked him, which he happily helped. I explained to the agent where it was located ( I would have never found it on my own) - and mentioned she should add those instructions to their check-in notes. Hopefully they did. Loved Port st Joe! ❤️🐚
