Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the use of: - 6-seat golf cart* - Grill - Beach gear - Bikes - SUPs - Cornhole + more The community pool and the boardwalk that takes you to the sugar-sand beach, is an easy walk from the home. The backyard has breathtaking views of St. Joe Bay and borders a natural reserve, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful, secluded setting while remaining just a short drive from local seafood restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping at Historic St. Joe, Mexico Beach and Windmark Village. Extended day discount available for guests staying longer than 3 weeks. Free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. *Please, no parking on grass, in garage or on the street (HOA prohibits)*. Additional parking can be found at both ends of the street. *A 6-passenger golf cart is included with stay at no extra cost to guest. Driver's must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. A golf cart waiver is required prior to guest use, and all drivers must complete the waiver before operating the golf cart. Golf cart availability cannot be guaranteed in the event of maintenance needs, damage, or circumstances beyond our control. Dogs welcome for a small fee and limited to one dog. Dogs may not be left unattended in home. EV-charging on premises is prohibited.

The house was precious. We loved the area. We missed having the golf cart but didn't mess anything up.

A few issues with plumbing that were handled quickly and resolved for the most part. Home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Beach can be difficult to access with children and multiple items but well worth the work. Pool area is very nice. Golf cart is fun and very helpful but needs a new battery as will not hold a charge very long even after charging all night. We had a great time in spite of minimal issues and will return.

Loved everything about this house and the experience of the visit. It was so clean and fresh and felt like a beach house should. Everything you needed was there and in working order!! There were 3 adults and a nine year old and a dog. It was comfortable for everyone and the notebook was so helpful as well. I would rent here again. The pool is right down the road and the golf cart was easy to maneuver. We enjoyed it! We will be back!!!

This vacation was a perfect 10 for our family and the ONLY thing we regret is not booking more days! We arrived late and tired, but were so delighted to open the door at 412 Sea Grove Way to a sparkly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated home awaiting our arrival. The beds were super comfortable, there were bikes in the garage, a golf cart we enjoyed tooling around in, two pools that were amazing, lots of yummy snacks, a screened in patio and backyard BBQ. We plan to go back annually!
