Peaceful condo with pool access, central AC, and washer&dryer

This place was centrally located to all the activities in 30A. Clean, quiet, affordable and lovely.

The coffee maker didn't drain all the coffee into the carafe, the 2nd coffee maker that was under the sink was not complete, so couldn't be used. The table leg was broken and very wobbly, almost like it wasn't put together properly. We had to wash ever single dish that we pulled out of the cabinets before we could use them, there was caked on food on them, including the silverware and knives that we used. The cutting board was not usable. The blinds in the living room are missing a few slats. The outside lights did not work, not sure if it just needs a bulb or if it is broken. Also, on the 2nd floor outside none of the lights were working but the 1st floor was. It was pretty dark going up to the 2nd floor. The pillows are terrible. Two out of the four that were on the bed were completely flat. The mattress was not comfortable at all and very noisy trying to get in and out of it. When we reached out via text about the dishes issue, the only response back was sorry for the incovenience. After that we didn't feel like they were going to be receptive to the other issues.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Close to the national park Deer lake and all kinds of food.

Very cozy and cute had a lot of kitchen tools for a week stay, washer work great, I really enjoyed my stay I booked with you guys 2 years ago and I also loved it and I will continue booking with you guys. I make sure to always recommend staying here you guys are on top of it.

Super comfy, clean condo. Beds were super comfy, furniture has been super well loved and the couch could probably stand to be replaced. But it wasn’t a make or break for us. Everything was close enough to us. Nearest beach access is about a 3-5 minute drive depending on traffic, but parking is SUPER limited, so get there early. Pool was a big hit for us, we had it to ourselves most of the time, super friendly area, we enjoyed our stay very much!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Herons Watch Way on Santa Rosa Beach! Perfectly situated along the highly sought-after Scenic Highway 30A, this condo was a gem. The unit itself—on the second floor—was tastefully decorated, well-maintained, and directly across from the pool, which made relaxing a breeze. The beach was a dream: powdery white sand, never overcrowded, and always close to a spot where we could grab a cold drink or a quick bite. Evenings on the deck were peaceful and serene, surrounded by a wooded view that made it the perfect retreat for reading or quiet reflection. One of the unexpected perks? The renowned Florida Fish Company was just steps away from the condo parking lot. The food was absolutely delicious, and the steady crowd it draws day after day says it all. Just down the drive, we found a super convenient corner store and liquor shop—everything we needed for the perfect Florida vacation was right there.
