Gorgeous and well appointed efficiency with shared pool and beach access

View was great! Room was perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Will definitely be going back.

We loved the room, it is in a great location. The private beach is only a couple of feet away. We loved the view from the room the most, nothing beats the sea water under a full moon! Also, room gets an A+ because there was an umbrella and two chairs available for us to use during our stay. I can’t forget to mention how attentive Vacasa was to our every need. We come to Destin every year, we usually stay at the Jetty East and the customer service with Vacasa supersedes the Jetty East by far! In short, great room for a great price, nice, affordable and clean. Definitely recommend.

The room was great for 2 people, very clean and the view of the ocean was perfect. The only thing I could say to make the stay better would be to consider a queen bed other than it was great.

The condo was very clean, it was the perfect amount of space for us, we're lifelong friends on our yearly Florida beach trip. The beds were comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf, we enjoyed having our coffee and reading in the comfortable chairs provided. Pool was just right and also great view of the beach. The Palms restaurant is conveniently located next to the pool area. I definitely will stay here on our next trip!

This was a great small getaway room for me, a solo traveler. There were 2 beds. Plenty of room for 1 to 2 people. I would not recommend it for a family of 3 or 4 unless you have small children. There is no kitchenette, and the only sink is in the bathroom, so i took plenty of water. I also took disposables that were easy to throw away and things I could microwave or make sandwiches with for the beach. The refrigerator and freezer worked fine. The air was cool enough, especially when you close the blind. The private balcony was great. The view excellent! I brought my own coffee pod brewer because I didn't have the need or want to brew a small coffee pot. There was also a toaster in the room, which wasn't in the pictures. There's a weird buzzing sound that comes from the fan of the freezer I think every 20 minutes or so, but it's not super disruptive unless you're just a very light sleeper. The room was very clean and I had plenty of space. The door connecting to the main unit has 2 locks on your side of the room, as well as the door hinges on the inside of the room, so it feels a lot safer knowing that I had the control on my side. There is some noise from the elevator landing, but most people are respectful of the later evening/early morning quiet notice. I loved the convenience from the elevator to the room. I never heard the elevator just the people going to and from it or to the trash shoot in the middle of the day. The pool and hot tub were great. The walkout access was fantastic. The 2 chairs and umbrella were complementary to the room, but if you needed more, they were willing to rent them to you for about $35 a day. Overall, it was very close to everything in Destin and the outlet mall, so there's plenty to do to keep yourself occupied if you're not at the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I were by myself or with just one other friend!
