You'll love the view of the Gulf from this 11th-floor condo (the top floor!) in peaceful Perdido Key. Upon entering this one-bedroom 1.5-bath condo you'll notice the warm neutral tones of the furnishings, the tile floors throughout the property, and an outstanding coastal view from your private balcony. This condo sleeps up to five people in a layout that includes a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a king-sized sleeper sofa and sleeper chair in the living room. It's only a short walk across the boardwalk to the beach from your condo, which is conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. On site, you'll find an outdoor pool, a hot tub, an indoor pool inside a light-filled atrium, a fitness room, and a gathering space in the spacious lobby. There's even a little bookshelf library in the lobby so you can catch up on some reading during your stay! While there is not a washer/dryer inside the condo, a coin-operated laundry is available in the building.

We worked with Vacasa for our vacation rental. We were able to get in our favorite condo building Perdido Sun. We have stayed here before. The indoor heated pool is wonderful.

The property was great. Perfect location. The condo was clean but there was some mildew on the ceilings along with a broken toilet seat which caused some uncomfortable pinches. All in all it was a good place to stay but just needs some fixes.

View was great, good pool, sound proof walls, comfortable beds. Needs updating and some TLC. 1800 Vacasa is responsive but they can only put in a “ticket” for the local Vacasa team to address issues. There were no pillows for the pull out bed. I called Vacasa one hour after we checked in (last time there were no sheets for the pull out bed) and I didn’t get pillows until after lunch the next day. I asked to speak with a local manager and that never happened. Also, 2 of the extra blankets had stains on them. The pictures show 4 chairs on the porch but there were only 3 (it’s bar height so you couldn’t just bring out a dining room chair). The carpet in the master was badly stained and dirty and the silverware was sparse. Vacasa also assured me that I had 2 parking passes (as stated in the listing) but I could only get one.
