Water-view haven with sound-view balcony, shared pool, WiFi, and AC

I liked the view out the back.

The issue did not lie so much with the condo itself but the surrounding residents were hateful, rude , and down right nasty. We had 2 toddlers crying and we were carrying our stuff off the bay and had a lady videoing us bc we apparently stepped in her grass. We had never stayed here before and thought we had access to the pier bc years ago a friend stayed and they did . Well our boys tried to go on the pier and were fussed at by someone that they couldn’t be on there. We tried to drag out wagon through a gate that we saw others using, again a resident felt the need to tell us we could be arrested for trespassing. Then we tried to go to the pool that our condo had a view from the balcony of, again we thought it was ours to use. Well same resident yelled at our kids about that too. It was just to the point of harassment and we had 2 toddlers and 2 13uesr olds that were very well behaved and no one was causing any trouble or being destructive. It was just uncalled for and I will never stay here again. There was no easy access to the bay or the beach to be honest. We only had 3 nights of vacation and I just felt like it was constant drama with the residents

We loved the condo had everything we needed just a couple of updates to make it 100% !

Location was nice, not as much to do close to property, but we enjoyed the beach and the view from the back patio. Again, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and my children can sleep anywhere were complaining and waking up stiff.

PROS: - floors were clean and that's rare for an AirBNB. - appliances worked great - beds were comfortable - hot water worked well - i liked how they called to make sure you got in ok and everything was good CONS: -Pool had green algae that was never cleaned all week, but we still used the pool. -no blankets, but the listing said that so we were prepared. And, that seems to be the norm for FL airbnbs.
