Second Floor Condo Many Amenities, Beach Access, Beach Equipment Included

It was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the beach. It was fairly well supplied with things we might need. Being on the end of the building gave a nice view of the beach from the bedroom also. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The home needs some updates, but that is not the fault of Vacasa. There was everything that you needed for a starter pack, including some trash bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher powder, sponges, etc.. I liked the firmness of the bed. The home needs updating and things are worn because it’s a vacation rental, but you cannot beat the price the views on the location. We’re already talking about the next time we can come back. I moved it away for several years and they did not have a Vacasa rental program where I moved to and now that I’m back where I have easy access this is a great company to rent from.

The view was wonderful and everything about the condo was great except the couch. Everything was clean and nicely decorated.

The only good thing about this place is the easy access to the beach and that it really does have good beach views. Here’s the truth about it though. The bed was hard as a rock. It was more comfortable sleeping on the couch. There were no comforters only hospital blankets and sheets. No extra blankets at all. The door lock didn't work at first and had to get the code changed. The tv in the bedroom did not work at all. And the maintenance man couldn't fix it. Nothing else was done during our stay. We were suppose to have pool and beach access but the codes weren't sent to us till the second to last day. At the point we were already use to walking thru the parking lot to get to the beach. The kitchen was not stocked at all. There were only 2 pan, 2 forks, a million colenders, and lids for bowls that didn't exist. The chairs on the porch were broken and could not be adjusted. And it was humid in the condo even though it wasn't humid outside. And we stayed for 5 days and was only given 3 trash bags. There was no cleaning supplies, not even a broom. The guest services responded pretty quickly but to be honest the only thing they actually did that was helpful was redo our door code. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Great location, great view

The value and the location of the property were good. The furniture and TV’s definitely need to be updated. Master bed was hard, sofa bed was like sitting on straight springs. Unable to watch TV through our stay, due to remotes not being fully functional. Over all the stay was fine, could have been bed had the place been updated.
