You may notice some minor construction during your stay; however, it should not interfere with your experience Treat yourself to a dreamy getaway at this beachfront condo overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico! With accommodations for up to six guests and a plethora of shared resort amenities, you will have no problem spreading out and enjoying your vacation in style. When the sun heats up the sand, slip on your favorite swimsuit and head out to the beach to work on your tan or make your way to the shared pool to cool off (and enjoy a snack at the seasonal snack shack). The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests will need to prepare meals and keep drinks cold while on vacation. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. What’s nearby: Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 is what you need if you're looking for some thrilling entertainment! Or if you're in need of some peace and quiet, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby and there you can hike and explore and be surrounded by nature. Have stayed at Sterling Shores over ten times and in five different condos. This one is very nice and seemed extremely clean. Ninth floor great view over the pool.

The condo was great, beautiful location and very clean. BUT they never informed us of the NONSTOP extremely loud construction that would be going on during our entire week of vacation. I’m talking so loud you had to scream to hear anything. They said it would only be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm which was a lie. We woke up to extremely loud construction ON OUR DOOR and wall, 8am everyday, even weekends!! Nobody would help or do anything about it no matter who we talked to. Needless to say, my family and kids left exhausted from all the noise and lack of sleep. Very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻

The view is GORGEOUS. I love the area and how close it is. The pool area is so nice as well. The room set up is very nice and roomy. I love the beautiful view from the master bedroom too. Vacasa was very easy to work with. We loved our stay. Would book here again!

Sterling Shores is a great location; however, this unit needs to be refreshed and updated. We’ve always had a great experience with Vacasa; however found them to be very unresponsive to requests related to a construction project that was happening.

Condo 914 was beautiful!! We especially loved the balcony furniture to enjoy the incredible views!! We would absolutely stay here again!! My only suggestion is to bring extra garbage bags and paper towels. The front desk does not provide anything other than the starter kit. Also, bring your own beach towels.
