Remodeled beachside townhome w/ Gulf views and pools - snowbirds welcome

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the supply of beach equipment was excellent. The property was clean, and it had an excellent proximity to the pool and was just a very short walk to the beach. The area was quiet, and the beach wasn’t crowded at all.

My stay was overall a pretty good experience. I had a couple issues that were addressed quickly by guest services. It is located in a quiet area, just a quick walk to the beach and the pool is great also.

This felt like a slightly older property, but very well maintained. There’s a light “older wood” smell—not musty, just part of its charm. The location was absolutely perfect—we could walk to the beach anytime! The provided wagon, sand toys, chairs, and floaties were a huge help. Our unit was right next to the large pool (there are 2 total), and the kids loved swimming while my husband waved from the balcony. It was wonderfully quiet during our mid-September stay—we saw maybe 5 other people the whole time. The host was kind and flexible with our arrival. We enjoyed the board games, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen utensils, and especially the Tupperware for beach picnics. The laundry room was handy, and a bonus surprise was the bay view from our top balcony! The A/C kept everything comfortable, and the fridge with water/ice was a nice touch with filters freshly replaced. Local favorites: Lagunas (kids’ activities), Peg Leg Pete’s (seafood), Bamboo Willie’s beach area (calm water, snorkeling, beach drinks), and The Local market right across the street (coffee before the drive home). Pro tips: If you want late checkout, respond to the email the night before—it expires by morning. We’d definitely return!

Just booked this property for a second trip this year! The place is clean and well taken care of. There aas a good deal of beach equipment in the garage and while it is a small trek to the beach, it’s well worth it! Being so close to the property’s biggest pool was an unexpected perk! Also, besides one neighbor to the side of the unit, it feels a bit more secluded than your typical condo. The weather didn’t cooperate with us this trip, so we were inside a bit more than we would have liked but there were a ton of creature comforts for our rainy days. Grill was also a great to use! My only “complaint,” which is more of a nit pick in my opinion, is there is a slight mildew smell in the property that stayed with our clothes. I didn’t find it overwhelming, and seeing that the property is so close to the water it’s kind of expected. Overall this place is a STEAL for the cleanliness, space and amenities offered. If you don’t mind not being directly on the Gulf, but still having access, it’s an ideal property! Excited to return in August.

It is what a vacation rental should be. Clean & comfortable with all the amenities. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathrooms with a half bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items necessary to prepare, serve & enjoy home cooked meals. Two coffee pots, a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig, are at hand to start your day. The unit has a beachy feel and is in great shape. The garage is loaded with beach wagons, chairs, floating devices, bikes, a dartboard and a second refrigerator. I used the gas grill which was clean and worked properly. The condo complex was well maintained. Thank you! Absolutely no complaints regarding this vacation rental!
