So much to love about this house. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for many years and this house is one of our favorites. We loved the pool, and layout of this home. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed!!!

This is a really great home it fit our family of 18 perfect me and my husband and our three kids and their families everyone had their own personal rooms and bathroom and the kids all stayed in the loft which they loved it's very kid friendly and comfortable everything's very nice and clean but you don't have to walk on eggshells and you can just have fun and lounge around the location is perfect it's beautiful the beach is perfect it's so private are only sad part was that the pool was not heated and I repeatedly called and checked and made sure because we bought the kids all long wetsuits to swim in and just thought it would be perfect but the pump broke on our first day there and they would not send no one to fix it or couldn't send someone to fix it that was very disappointing I'm supposed to be refunded,but it is a great house,would highly recommend!!!

Reasons why our week was fantastic - Clean, Nice linens, Great location, Great view front and back, Great back porch, Grandkids loved the heated pool, Layout of house was nice, Only the kids had to go up steps - the other bedrooms were on the first floor, We had an appliance problem and Vacassa handled it quickly, We combined the two kitchen tables so that 12 sat at the same table!, and Easy walk to the beach over a dune walkway.

Communication is not very good. We paid for the pool to be heated and one whole day, it was not heated at all. I kept reaching out with no assistance. Someone came to clean the pool and I asked them to check on the heat and they were able to help me. I still never heard back from the person I was communicating with. We also had issues with our TVs and it took them several days to get back with us.

We loved the all inclusive property. We had unlimited access to the beach as well as a pool on-site. The home provided a wonderful 360 view of just how gorgeous and serene it is in Gulf Shores. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing get away.
