Beachfront condo with 2 pools, Gulf views, hot tub, & cozy balcony

We love this condo, the building it is in and the amenities the owner provides. This was our second time staying in this condo. Our only disappointment is that both times we have had problems with the door and the television. The television system is absolutely ridiculous to deal with.

My family of four really enjoyed spending our vacation at this condo. We were in #1308 on the third floor with an amazing view of the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for my 2 teenagers, husband and I. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. I was worried about towels but there were four in each bathroom and enough toilet paper for our 7 night stay. The couch is very loved but not terrible. They even have rolling carts for your luggage and elevators, which was nice being on the third floor! I was pleasantly surprised that there were beach chairs in the entryway closet along with some pails and shovels. During our stay it was quiet at night and all of the other residents we ran into were very nice and polite. The beach is literally right there and clean! It's about a 15 minute drive into town but worth it for a little more privacy and not an overcrowded beach. I highly recommend staying here! My family will be coming back for sure!!!

When we got into the condo, we immediately realized that it was not as clean as other Vacasa rentals we have used before. We had to wipe down the dinner table, the walls were dusty, and we had to wash the dishes before we could use any of them! The bedroom with the twin beds has a messed up ethernet cable taped to the floor, and we could not get any signal from Dish in the bedroom (but the Dish worked just fine in the living room). Beds were uncomfortable and there's barely any lights in the condo. Overall, it was a decent place for the price, but not the best experience we've had with Vacasa.

The location of the Plantation was perfect! We stayed the month of February so the lack of traffic and road noise made this an excellent place to get away from the hustle of everyday life. Being able to walk the beach and watch the sunsets were the best part of the day for me. We did have a little interaction with the staff and found them to be friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. If you are staying for any length of time, you probably should look at setting up mail delivery as the USPS does not deliver to units. (We ordered a couple things from Amazon that were returned by USPS for non-delivery.)

What a great place! Condo was cute, clean, and cozy! Location and view were awesome! Super quiet in the off season. This was a perfect time to visit. :)

This condo is beautifully decorated. Has very comfortable beds and furniture. They have provided all the necessities for cooking in, board games and even oscillating fans for the bedrooms. The decorations are very tasteful and detail oriented. From the hooks by the door and on the balcony to the knobs on the closet doors. The dishes and furniture are NOT cheap NOR outdated. Highly recommend this unit!!! Our only issue was with the door lock. But that seemed to be a problem for many different people throughout this complex and in no way was limited to this condo!
