You and your loved ones will be an easy walk from multiple outdoor pools, a hot tub, a boardwalk to the white sand beach, the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and a quick drive from Gulf State Park and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. We had a wonderful vacation, and February might be our new favorite time to enjoy the beach. Being just steps away from the sand, we enjoyed morning walks followed by breakfast at the restaurant Sassy Bass on site. They also have great cocktails. The hot tub is in a prime location being just across the driveway. Everyone at the resort was friendly. We look forward to booking this home again in the future. We cooked in and the kitchen offered all the pans and utensil we needed. Thank you for a relaxing beach getaway!

All the amenities , nice balcony with good view over pool and spa, no traffic (dead end road) and 2 -3 minute walk from the door to sticking your feet in the water.
