This coastal retreat has been fully updated and renovated into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an attached studio apartment. This listing is for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom “Side A” unit only.

Upon arrival, you'll park and enter through the main entrance. Inside, you're welcomed into a beautifully updated kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinets and all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and all the essentials for preparing and serving meals. The kitchen offers four barstools at the counter, as well as an eat-in dining area that flows seamlessly into the living room.

The open-concept layout makes it easy to gather and entertain. The living area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables with lamps, and a 50” Roku TV. Throughout the home, you'll notice high-end finishes, original terrazzo floors, and spa-like floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers.

The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, nightstands with lamps, and a bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack. The third bedroom offers two twin beds with a shared nightstand.

Please note: The pool receives weekly professional maintenance and cleaning. Service visits are brief and will not disrupt your stay; however, technicians will need access to the yard and pool area on the scheduled service day. Thank you for your understanding!
