the views from the porches, sun rises with hot coffee and we saw 3 bears walking down the driveway next to us Mother bear and 2 teenagers
Great view. Very clean
This place is an absolute JOKE — do yourself a favor and RUN. I would not stay here again if you PAID me. The pictures are completely misleading — they make the house look spacious and nice, when in reality it’s a rundown, unsafe dump. Whoever manages this property should be ashamed. Let me break it down for you: The BEARS. Yes, BEARS. Every. Single. Day. The trash can is tiny, doesn’t latch properly, and the bears tore it open like it was a snack bag. We had a mother bear and cub raiding the trash 2–3+ times a day. We had to pick up garbage constantly and carry our kids to the car in fear of running into them. Ten days of this! We called over and over, and guess what? They sent someone ONCE and did nothing. The trash piled up so badly we had to call AGAIN after a week just to get them to pick it up. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Safety hazards everywhere. • The stairs? A death trap. The gap is so big my husband could fit through it, let alone my toddlers. We sent photos, begged them to fix it — nope. They didn’t care. We had to barricade the stairs with luggage and furniture to keep our kids from falling through. • The balcony? Just as bad. The railing doesn’t even connect to the house. It leaves a giant gap that’s basically a ladder for a child to climb over. Gaps so wide my 2- and 3-year-old could literally fit through. How is this even legal? Broken, dangerous junk. • Shower door upstairs? BROKEN. Trapped multiple people inside until they had to be rescued. • Living room rug? Curled up and tripping everyone. Their “fix”? Shove the couch on top of it so you can’t even open the front door. Genius. • Not enough blankets for the beds. Floors so filthy our feet were BLACK an hour after we got there. We had to demand they mop again. False advertising = constant disappointment. • Coffee maker? Dead. • Dishwasher? Might as well wash by hand. • TVs? Don’t work unless you hook up your own device. • Internet? Nonexistent. Total lies. The “game room”? What a joke. They just crammed a bunch of games into a room to brag in the listing. None of it is usable. The futon nearly touches the pool table when unfolded. You can’t even move in there, let alone play anything. Furniture from hell. Uncomfortable, cheap, and arranged in the dumbest way possible. I’ve sat on bus stop benches more comfortable than this stuff. Management = zero stars. We called over and over about serious issues and were ignored. They clearly don’t give a single care once they’ve got your money. And the cherry on top: • Someone banged on our door at 1 a.m. accusing us of being loud — when we weren’t making a sound. Meanwhile, neighbors screamed and partied until 4 a.m. without consequence. • Checkout? Cleaning crew barged in early and rushed us out like we were intruders. Final verdict: This place is unsafe, dirty, broken, and flat-out MISERABLE. It ruined our trip. Don’t waste your money, don’t waste your time, and don’t put y
