Went to this property for my 30th birthday! It was super fun, great location and the beach (my new favorite). I will say, if you have several adult couples- get something else! There’s only 2 private bedrooms. The twin beds on the upstairs we called the “torture room” because you have to go through it to get to the kitchen- constantly waking up the people sleeping in it. Other than that, super fun house! Very expensive considering how outdated it is.
House fulfilled the purpose of our trip
Great property near the beach! The trail to beach is short and very close to the house but does have some boulders to cross which could impact some with mobility concerns. The house was clean. The king beds were very comfy. Check out the 3d tour to understand the layout. It's a bit different but offers both common space and separate spaces
The location of the property was great, just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of common space for a large group but it is not a 5 bedroom house. 2 of the bedrooms were walk throughs with no privacy. The game room was nice but the pool table was positioned to close the the walls and has a sign "Do not move". Overall our group of 12, 4 families made it work. There is a hot tub, unfortunately the bottom was full of sand. This property could use some updates and reconfiguring and it would be amazing.
I liked it was a good house for a family reunion, the over all cleanliness of the house was not so good.
We had a very nice time here. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. We liked the new couches upstairs. There are three kind of separate areas of the house that could give some privacy for another family. There are charming views of the beach and can hear the waves from the deck. The beach is a very short walk from the house. This a quiet street. We slept so well.
