This single-story home sits less than four miles north of downtown Fort Bragg, just inland from a beautiful, eight-mile stretch of coastline that will never be developed. It's a quiet road free of through traffic yet only half a mile to the state park and just over a mile to the Ward Avenue access point to Ten Mile Beach. One of the special features of the house is its eco-friendly design and low carbon footprint. It's entirely electric (fueled by some of California's greenest electricity at Sonoma Clean Power), featuring a new heat pump water heater, a new heat pump for heating (via the mini-split), and a Level 2 EV charger for your car. After a day of adventure, come home to prepare a favorite meal using the new induction range, stream movies by the woodstove, or head out into the spacious yard to roast marshmallows by the chiminea fireplace. Bonus features of the house include a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs, complimentary WiFi, and a desk workspace in the cabin-like bedroom. Things to Know There is one security camera at the home's entryway looking out to the front. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Undeclared pets or excessive mess may result in additional fees. This property has an EV charger located on the front of the home.
