Guests consistently praised the comfortable furnishings, very comfortable beds, spacious layout, and inviting gathering areas, along with a well-stocked kitchen that had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The home was also noted as clean, well-maintained, secure, and beautifully decorated. Its location was appreciated for being close to the beach, pools, restaurants, and shops, with convenient beach access and a quiet neighborhood setting. Guests especially enjoyed the rooftop deck, balconies, outdoor spaces, plunge pool, elevator, beach supplies, and the lovely views.

Architect Keith Summerour designed the villa with tabby stucco and cypress shake siding for a one of a kind home. Take the elevator to the third floor when it's time to turn in!
