Loved the location house was great our WiFi didn’t work the entire stay unfortunately but overall I would recommend and stay here again

Beach was right outside door.

The good- Very, very good price for a 4 bedroom oceanfront home. Beds were above average. Very few steps to the beach from the deck, less than or right at 10. Deck was large. Shower outside was great with a hose. Appliances are newer. View was great! Showers had good heat and pressure. No a/c issues. The bad- Cleaning was very subpar. Disgusting vents, ceiling fan, clogged drains I unclogged, trash receptacle outside was full when we arrived. Toothbrush, toy and sand under couches that were not covered on the bottom. Very disappointed in cleaning but towels and beds were clean so 2 stars. Vacasa did text me to make sure cleaning was ok on day 1 but I didn’t respond to be fair. It wasn’t bad enough to notify when I can do it myself in a decent amount of time and I don’t want a stranger in the home on vacation. But I was disappointed that obvious things were not handled. Door to enter house does not lock properly. Sliding doors do not lock. Picnic table pictured not at the house but disclosed. Only two chairs on the deck you can see over the railing when you sit in them. The rest are too low, sad for a two bedroom house. Your right next to major public beach access so more crowded. Felt like some of the fixtures like railing for stairs are going. Overall I would stay here again, especially if cleaning is sufficiently done! Value is very important to me and it’s there. Few more high sitting chairs on the deck and sufficient cleaning and it’s 5 stars for me.

Love the access to the beach. House was clean and we stayed comfortably for a week. Let friendly. We had a blast.

The walk to the beach from the deck made our beach experience so much more enjoyable, especially with a preschooler. We could leave our stuff on the beach and go inside for lunch, etc. The flexibility for the number of people and types of rooms was great. We didn't need all the space, but it worked out really well. We were also surprised by how cool the house was considering how warm it was outside.
