HB177 SHE Shell is a beautiful, great-value beach home with recent renovations that guests found fantastic, comfortable, spacious, and well suited for relaxing stays. The home features an open floor plan, comfortable living spaces, updated kitchen and bathrooms, very nice appliances, and thoughtful touches like linens and towels provided with beds made on arrival. Guests consistently described the property as clean, nicely stocked, and equipped with what they needed for an easy stay, including a well-supplied kitchen and televisions throughout. HB177 SHE Shell offers an excellent oceanfront location with easy beach access, convenient proximity to the bridge, shops, restaurants, coffee, and the park. The property is especially praised for its amazing ocean views, large windows, panoramic shoreline scenery, and a covered porch and deck that are perfect for relaxing by the water. Guests also appreciated the strong internet, streaming access, outdoor shower, and the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that inspired many to return.

The oceanfront location of this home and the covered porch are absolutely wonderful. While the home was very clean, there is an active roach infestation. This is definitely a dealbreaker for us as we travel with a crawling infant. We would not want to carry any unwanted visitors back home as well. The layout of the great room/kitchen is very nice and allowed plenty of space for the entire family. The bedrooms, however, have not been renovated, and the beds are old and uncomfortable. If you are used to renting from private owners as we are, I would say this is a hard pass. It’s definitely an investment property and the lack of upkeep shows. In addition, even if the property has pest management services, failing to disclose that those services are not effective at keeping live bugs from inside the home at best comes across as unethical. While the location is excellent, I could not in good conscious recommend this to anyone seeking a peaceful restful vacation. There are better options available.

Wow. Just wow. What a charmer!!! DEFINITELY will be back next year. Beautiful view of the ocean. Short walk to restaurants/bars. Only 10 homes down the street from the bridge, so super convenient to everything! The house obviously has had recent upgrades which were nice. Fresh paint, new hardwoods, I can't recommend this beautiful 4 bedroom house enough. Great value too if you can wait for off peak season too. Overall it's really the perfect home if you want beach front and don't have a huge crowd. You won't be disappointed.

This was my first time to the beach. I had always been strongly against going to the beach. This trip changed all of that. It was the perfect get away for my family. The location is perfect. The house is a great size. The views were fantastic. You walk 30 yards and you are on the beach. I cant say enough good things. We will be going back!

Dead cock roaches inside. Someone smash them but left two on the floor with guts everywhere. All beds are super uncomfortable and two beds felt broken. No trash bags were provided except for the two already in the cans. Living room and kitchen is spacious and super close to the beach. Deck was great. Downstairs bathroom is great with the shower and glass sliding door.
