THINGS TO KNOW -While this condo is dog-friendly, dogs are not allowed on the beach, and cats are not permitted inside the home. The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid. -This property allows a maximum of two pets only, 25 lbs or less each. Excellent place to stay, quiet, super close to beach front, swimming pool, parking is a little tight if your in big SUV. Over all excellent. A great ice cream shop at corner of gulf blvd. And 5th Ave. N .04 miles from the room

We stayed in there in middle of June. Place is clean, you also have all clean tools and supplies in case you needed it. Apartment doesn’t have any signs of pets, like some reviews are stating. If you like nice not crowded beach great view and clean and comfortable place rent this apartment. If I go back to that area will rent it out again!

Loved location. We're NOT TOLD BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. So I would tear down plastic on sliding glass doors in evening when workers left so we cold enjoy view from balcony. Carpets dirty. Kitchen falling apart. Was not happy with place at all. Again the only saving grace was proximity to beach. Would not stay here again.

Lovely apartment next to the beach, shame the balcony is out of use at the moment due to repairs to all of the balconies in the building

The beach access and character from the surrounding buildings is amazing. The area is still recovering from hurricane damage so just be aware that there was balcony construction going on at the time of our stay. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the beach!
