Sporting a comfortable living room, a spacious and modern kitchen, and perks like a washer/dryer and balcony, this condo is a true gem. After a full day on the beach or spent taking advantage of the onsite amenities, relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. At night, sleep well in the two bedrooms, both of which have a TV. Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. It has an assortment of shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Hot tub -Dock THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs, towels, cart, and other gear are provided. The complex will be undergoing construction on the pool, balconies, and roof from mid-February to mid-June. Construction noise and disruptions will be present during work days.

We love everything about this property. It really lives up to its name. Peaceful and quiet is just what we want. Every one is friendly and respectful. It’s the perfect place for an older family not looking for a party place.

Really like everything about this experience except we were not told the elevator was out of order. 4 flights of stairs was not good on me or my wife. We both have respiratory issues. We know they just went through 2 hurricanes but it would have been nice to be told.

The trip started off a little rocky, but the property owner personally made sure everything was taken care of. The property owner went above and beyond to ensure our family vacation was awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay here and have already booked a return trip for next year in the same condo. D4 was great although there could have been some more beach/dish towels available to use, but other than that no complaints. The walk to the beach was easy and it was great to come back and swim in the shaded pool (by late afternoon). Wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again.
