Walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes or drive just 10 miles to downtown Charleston. This charming escapade has been recently updated with brand-new furniture and appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Unwind in the living room furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat. A 43-inch TV with cable provides plenty of viewing options. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of updated appliances. Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for two or gather around the dining table with seating for six. Spend lazy afternoons on the screened porch overlooking the river. Make a crisp beverage and get comfortable on the patio set with seating for four. Keep an eye out for dolphins! Extras perks include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the complex lot (one reserved spot, and one unassigned space). The condo was beautiful. And sitting on the porch every morning with our coffee was so peaceful, overlooking the water. We even saw dolphins almost every morning.

We loved everything about this property! The location was close enough to be in Charleston in just a few minutes, and you could either drive, ride bikes, or even walk to Folly Beach. We enjoyed the view from the enclosed porch overlooking the river. If you don't mind going up stairs to reach your room this place is perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Please be aware that there are no elevators to the upper units.

my family stayed in this home for a few days while in town for a wedding folly beach is one of my favorites. The scenery around this place was spectacular and it feels like you can touch the water from the balcony.

Overall the condo has potential and may be perfect for someone. It was clean and location is good. Here is some feedback. Kitchen is not well appointed. If you want to cook, this is not the place for you. Cramped kitchen, cheap equipment, beat up cabinets. Decor needs an update. Incorrect entry code was initially sent, had to call to retrieve correct one. TV was broken from the time we arrived, never fixed or replaced.

Poor communication from Vacasa. 9 digit front door code did not work..Vacasa sent another but it was to another rental. Sliding glass door was stuck and did not work. Dishwasher door would not shut..we taped it closed. 2 light bulbs missing on bathroom vanity Super Clean!!.
