I've been coming to Kiawah Island for 30 years and this was one of the best rentals I've stayed in (though I'm not sure it's possible to find a "bad" place on Kiawah). Location was excellent. You get a slight discount for being "away" from the beach, but the beach access is just a short 3 minute bike ride away. I highly recommend beach access 28 if you stay here. It cuts right through 2 holes on the golf course and you can catch a quick glimpse of some players while walking down the boardwalk. It's also very pretty. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and out. The King bed in the main suite was wonderful and that bedroom has several windows overlooking the lagoon, which is great. Deer were constantly outside the condo to watch and we saw an alligator on the bank (across the lagoon). The screened in porch is a lovely place to spend an evening or morning. I will definitely be staying here again if it is available during my next visit!
We loved the screen porch right on the lagoon. We loved the condo location. We loved the short walk to the beach. We loved inside and out!
This property was wonderful! Very nice condo! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved it we will definitely stay here again.
Had a great trip. Thank you for opening up your house to our family.
I've stayed at this location twice. There was a new sofa this year. I am so grateful to be able to bring dogs on vacation with us. This unit is an easy walk to the beach and is well equipped. We don't spend much time indoors, but it works well for us.
The unit is old and could use some improvements. It is well equipped and maintained and within an easy walk to the beach and The Sanctuary.
