The kitchen has spacious marble countertops for meal prep and a full suite of brand new appliances so you can make your culinary creations come to life. A private washer/dryer is available in this space. The large screened-in porch offers a a cozy seating area, a dining space and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The back porch, offers two rocking chairs overlooking the manicured garden, palm trees and live oaks. The spacious bedrooms come adorned with soft linens, ceiling fans, private TVs, and lots of closet space. The home is well equipped with beach toys, boogie boards, games, puzzles and books. Conveniently located on the Island to everything. Very peaceful - no noise.
The property is lovely and it's conveniently located. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch as it rained! The home is well-furnished and tasteful and gaining access to the property was completely frictionless. A very positive experience for us!
We really enjoyed the space here & that our dog was welcome as well. I noted that there wasn’t a hairdryer but outside of that, the unit is well stocked, bright and welcoming.

Lovely home that was within 10 minute walk to the beach. Home was comfortable and updated. Would definitely stay again.
I just took a much needed week off to decompress, and this property was extremely well suited for the occasion. The master suite was quite comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for meal prep and morning coffee, and Parkside is just a few minutes away from Freshfield shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back for another visit!
