The location is especially valued for being right by the beach, close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, with easy loading and unloading and convenient parking. Guests also loved the ocean views, sunset scenery, and the large furnished patio for relaxing and taking in the coastal atmosphere. The patio experience stands out with ample seating, a fire pit, and space for lounging, while thoughtful extras like beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, toys, and laundry supplies added to the stay. Many guests felt at home and said they would gladly return to Santa Barbara Unit #2.

Beach essentials are provided, including towels, an umbrella, and 2 beach chairs to make your days by the ocean effortless. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, along with parking for 1 car in a garage space and 1 uncovered spot. Things to know: An active Ring surveillance camera is located at the front door, pointed outward for exterior monitoring. No A/C or heat, we will provide fans and heaters.
