Ocean Pacific Neptune - 30-Night Minimum

This year was our 3rd stay in this beautiful home in Oceanside and once again it was great! Fantastic, well stocked kitchen. Lots of room and 3 1/2 baths is great for family groups. Dedicated parking, elevator, close to the beach, tons of nice beach equipment, lots of restaurants plus A/C, the list goes on and on. As I mentioned before there are a lot of stairs both in the home and going to and from the beach but if that's not a problem for you, you can't go wrong with this place. The property manager Gregory goes above and beyond to assist you with any needs you might have. He really does a fantastic job. Thanks Gregory!

Home was perfect. Private. Spacious. Had everything we could need or want and only steps to the beach and restaurants! Great for multiple couples, friends and families.

We had a great 30 day stay in this beautiful, spacious home. Lots of room for friends and family. Large well supplied kitchen with very high end appliances. The home is in a very nice, safe location. We felt very comfortable walking around at night. It is located about a block and a half from one of the nicest beaches in Oceanside and is .4 miles from the harbor with a lot of shops and restaurants. An easy walk. To the south about .4 miles is the pier area with it's shops and restaurants. Pluses: Lots of space Comfortable beds Air conditioning 2 garage parking spots Very nice kitchen 3 and one half bathrooms (big plus) Minor negatives: Lots of stairs, You will be going up and down stairs a lot in this unit and the walk to the beach includes a flight and a half of stairs. The unit does allow one small dog, They do a very good cleaning job but still some dog hair around. Overall a very nice place and we loved our stay. We have already booked 5 weeks for next year.

Great location, a block away from the beach. Close enough and distant enough from the crowds. Didn't need our car except for Costco runs or day trips.

Our stay at 802 was everything we could have wanted. The place was very clean and well stocked for our stay - with cooking essentials, toiletries, beach towels, beach supplies, etc. The location was perfect for us as we walked to the beach (only across the street) every day. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were nice. The living area was very spacious and open which made it perfect for hanging out all together as a family. The kitchen was also very spacious and conducive for cooking large meals which was great. We had an amazing time here and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit oceanside.

This house is very well appointed throughout with an awesome kitchen (I would have packed less if I knew they has so much) and great amenities (like a sauna). The location is incredible and the beach is super close and the harbor isn't too long of a walk. The area feels very safe. The only drawback for my situation (I have elderly parents) were the stairs.
