Sand Dollar I 108

We had originally booked another unit but were moved due to construction. We were so happy with this unit. It is close to the beach and pool. The condo had everything we needed and more. We would most definitely book this unit again.

We’ve stayed here for 4 summers. Beautiful home and location never disappointed!

We have stayed in this complex for several years now, but this year with a toddler in tow we opted for this ground floor unit. It could not have been more convenient! The view was great from the unit and it was so nice having the lawn right there. I was a bit concerned that having the pool right outside the windows would be loud, but it was never an issue. The whole complex is quiet, peaceful, and very family friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were ample. The master bath especially is nice with a separate tower and tub and is very spacious. The only small issue we noticed is the pool filtration system could sometimes sound loud at nighttime for anyone sleeping in the guest room closest to the pool gate. Only one in our party had some sensitivities to the sound, but it did not bother anyone else. The master bedroom has pull-down solid shades which are great for blocking the light. The morning sunrises shared with our grandchildren, peaceful afternoons on the patio, and evenings on the patio listening to the waves were times we will always cherish. Crescent Beach has become a tradition that our grandchildren look forward to every year. Proximity to the old town of St. Augustine with so much to do and its amazing restaurants is just the icing on the cake to a wonderful beach getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this condo was perfect! We loved being right beside the pool and the ocean! It made everything so easy and convenient. The condo itself could use some updates, but it was very clean, which was most important to us. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the convenience and comfort of being so close to the beach and pool! Already booked for next year!

Loved the location of this property. First floor condo with a great view of the ocean. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. We enjoyed our stay here.

Loved the location, wish we didn’t have a few issues we had because the home is a great location and needs to be maintained a little more then I feel it has been, definitely for a million dollar condo and the price we pay to stay only one week.
