The house was good for the weekend that we had planned. Didn't get to use the Hotub..due to a Busy weekend.Great Location.

We booked this Crystal Beach house for August 6–10 and left the same day because it was completely uninhabitable. The house was filthy from top to bottom — bugs on the ceiling, curtains, and even in the bed. The master bed had hair (including pubic hair) and stained sheets. Ants were crawling all over the countertops, the floors hadn’t been swept, and the couch was so filthy we wouldn’t even sit on it. My 13 month old dropped her binky and when we went to pick it up there was hair and dirt all over it. We contacted the property management six times and got nothing but empty promises. They said someone would come change the sheets — the person arrived, sat in the driveway, never got out of their vehicle, and drove away without even attempting to contact us (I watched this happen from the deck). We called again, were told multiple times someone else would come in “30 minutes” and then again “15 minutes,” but no one ever showed. We waited over two hours before giving up. We had to spend additional money on another rental that night, and they still refused to refund our money. This was the worst rental experience we’ve ever had — filthy property, no accountability, and zero customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Everything was great except WIFI. Could not get it to work and get on the internet for work.

This home was slightly off the beach but still a short walk to the beach. Easy for two ladies! The home was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen had a coffee pot that took coffee grounds or K cups (bring your own coffee). Parking was covered under the unit which made it nice in the heat. It was a short drive to Maragaritaville for a concert. Overall I would stay here again!

My favorite part of this house was the porch, very relaxing and quiet.. Staff is very attentive, good with communication. I would give it more stars but there was some small issues, hopefully it is fixed soon, and the mosquito's are vicious, bring some outdoor fogger spray and Off, other than that, good fun..
